I loved the salad in this week’s box. I’m a big fan of salad leaves anyway, and this pack was full of different greens, including sorrel (which was quite a surprising experience for the unsuspecting muncher) and corn flowers (which tasted pretty much exactly as you’d imagine a flower tasting – quite bland and, well, plant-like –, but they did look very nice). Went down a treat with nothing but a simple mustard vinaigrette.
